We didn’t set out to roast coffee.
We set out to create a place that felt like home—for travellers, creatives, early risers, slow brunchers, and anyone chasing better mornings. Sip and Wonder was always about more than great food and beautiful spaces. It was about care. Connection. Craft.
And coffee? Coffee was always at the heart of that.
Over the years, we’ve served thousands of cups. Watched friendships form over flat whites. Seen people return again and again—because they trusted what they’d get. Not just flavour, but feeling.
Eventually, one question kept coming up:
“Can I buy this coffee to take home?”
At first, we sourced beans we loved from other roasters. But something about that left us feeling lost. We wanted the process to be more hands-on. More of us. We wanted to know the story behind the beans, the hands that grew them, the journey they took to our grinders. And we wanted to take full responsibility for what ended up in your cup.
So, we started roasting our own.

We source from independent producers across Latin America and Africa, and every origin is chosen for its clarity, balance, and depth. We don’t mask flavours—we work to bring them out. That means each bag has a story, not just a tasting note.
We roast for people who care where their coffee comes from. For people who slow down just enough to enjoy it. For people who know that life’s in the details.
