Our menu is simple, seasonal, and thoughtful. We bake sourdough bread daily, and it anchors most of what we serve — from avocado toast to our butter and honey stacked pancakes.
We serve brunch all day, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and we’re closed on Wednesdays because even coffee people need a reset! (From October 2025, see our google business profile for up to date opening times)
It’s not about being fancy — it’s about doing the simple things right.
Coffee, the quiet kind of ritual
We work with independent guest roasters and rotate the coffee available in our shop every month. We also roast our own coffee, for espresso and filter, right here in Alicante.
Every espresso, flat white, or batch brew is made with care — no shortcuts, no noise.
