Another coffee selected from the Rwanda coffee community, the result of D'origens relationship with Eric Wright, the kingpin of this local initiative that employs 75 people, most of them under the age of 25. A coffee that is processed by the natural method but fermented for 110 hours, which gives it a really special touch. The result, after roasting it has exceeded expectations; very mild acidity, fruity notes and a subtle final sweetness.
