The Guji area is located in southern Ethiopia, between the Borena and Bale areas. The coffee produced in this region is reminiscent of the best Yirgacheffe and is grown at heights ranging from 1800m to 2000m. Its natural processing or drying in the sun on African beds, gives it its fruity aromas so fascinating and a special sweetness. My favourite African coffee.
