This coffee comes from the Tarrazú region, specifically from the cantons of Acosta and Aserrí. It is harvested during the dry season and then the harvest is sent to the ASOPROAA Association. This partnership has played a decisive role in boosting agricultural production in the region by ensuring a range of quality products and excellent traceability production.
