RETURNS - Policy


SIP AND WONDER CB is only responsible for returns previously consulted (sipandwondercoffee@gmail.com) and made within 7 business days after receipt.

You should not accept any defective packages due to bad handling during transportation.

To return an order, it must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

It is very important that the returned products are perfectly packaged. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, the return will not be accepted.

In any return, the value of the order will be paid except for the costs of return and associated services. In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all expenses will be borne by us.

No refunds that do not meet the above conditions will be accepted

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS

 

STEP 1

The user must contact SIP AND WONDER COFFEE HOUSE on sipandwondercoffee@gmail.com  and communicate the items they wish to return.

Should indicate as subject "RETURN" and provide us with order number, name, invoice number and telephone number.

STEP 2

Product Collection. In the case of a return due to shipping errors or other causes attributable to us, the collection will be made at no cost to the customer. In all other cases, the customer will bear the return costs.

STEP 3

Once receiving the material in perfect condition in our warehouse, with its original packaging and invoice the credit of the product will be managed.
